Oklahoma’s public education system has been underfunded for decades, leading to overcrowded classrooms, teacher shortages, and declining outcomes. Carroll has seen this decline firsthand and knows that our current system is failing both students and educators. She will fight to invest Rainy Day Fund dollars into education, reduce class sizes, and implement forward-looking reforms.

Hospitals across Oklahoma—especially in rural areas—are at risk of closing due to chronic underfunding, putting lives at risk. Carroll believes every Oklahoman deserves access to quality, affordable healthcare close to home. She will advocate for increased funding to keep hospitals open and explore smarter use of federal partnerships through the Affordable Care Act marketplace.

Oklahoma families are feeling the squeeze as costs rise while wages remain stagnant. She will work to attract new industries and diversify Oklahoma’s economy so families have access to better-paying jobs. Carroll also supports workers’ rights to organize and bargain collectively, strengthening the middle class.

Carroll believes businesses should be partners in building strong communities—not contributors to inequality. She will support policies that hold corporations accountable while encouraging responsible job creation. Her focus is simple: ensure that hardworking Oklahomans can earn a living wage, access healthcare, and build a stable future for their families.
